Warming-up means all actions intended in a sporting load (training, competition) the production of an optimal psychophysical preparation condition. Warm up to prepare body and mind to perform.

  • The general warm up is the large muscle group, those specific muscle groups that are in the sport/discipline-specific needs.
  • Specific warm-up distinguishes between active and passive warm-up.
