Nutrition in general refers to the absorption of nutrients that are necessary for the development, conservation and reproduction of organisms. A balanced and healthy way to subsist refers to a nutrition composition, that provides the body with all the necessary nutrients. This is the corresponding ratio to the energy-supplying nutrients, protein, fat and carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, water and last - but not essential - spice and fiber.
