Flexibility (similar: Mobility, Agility) is the individual ability to execute movements with large amplitude motion.

You are in general flexible and mobile, when the flexibility in the large joint systems (eg hip, shoulder, spine) sufficiently is developed. It may be different levels of claim pronounced. The special mobility refers to the sport-specific movement skills in a specific joint.
